THE RACE OF ALL RACES

Welcome to the Kokopelli 100, America's mountain bike race!  For decades, the Kokopelli Trail has enticed mountain bikers from all over the world to test their skills against this ancient and iconic route.  Now for the first time, on September 9, 2017 cyclists will come together for this 103.6 mile, point to point race from the Colorado border to Moab, Utah.  Mountain bike enthusiast will race on the most beautiful and challenging trail on the planet for bragging rights as a Kokopelli 100 Finisher.  Pro's will race for a combined $100,000, the largest prize purse in mountain bike history and a new Kokopelli Trail World Record.  

 

The Kokopelli 100 MTB, is one of the most demanding and rewarding mountain bike races in the world.  And, if you are willing to push your limits we have a race for you. 

 

Participants may register in one of three ways:

1.  As an INDIVIDUAL

2.  As a TEAM (up to eight individuals)

3.  Or as a RELAY team (4 individuals that ride approximately 20, 20, 40 and 20 mile sections of the course)

 

The Kokopelli 100 also offers many race divisions such as

A.  PRO Men & Women (folks that get paid to race)

B.  EXPERT Men & Women (folks that almost get paid to ride)

C.  SPORT Men & Women (folks that ride for fun)

 

The Kokopelli 100 also offers both Men and Women Single-Speed, Fat Tire and Adventure (ride with no support) divisions.

If you're a PRO participant and $50,000 tingles your senses, you've come to the right place!  The individual woman rider that can ride this course in sub 5 hours and 30 minutes or better (average 18.8 mph) or the individual man that can finish in 5 hours and 15 minutes or better (average 19.7 mph) will win $50,000 and create a new mountain bike speed world record.  More details coming shortly via the Athlete Guide.​
